The Vr10 is made of odorless and unscented silicone, with a PU cote on the ABS plastic base and silver plated accents. The silicone is hot magenta and is so vibrant it looks like it should glow under a black light or in the dark.
It has a satiny feel and except for three ridges on the front of the shaft is smooth to the touch with just a bit of drag. A seam runs up the front and down the back of the Vr10, but while you can feel it when running your finger up and down the toy, it isn’t noticeable when inserted.
This is a beautifully designed rabbit vibrator, with clean, sleek, ergonomic lines. At 9 1/2″ long, the Vr10 is about 6” insertable with a 1 3/4″ diameter at its widest point. The tip is slightly thinner to aid in insertion, and it is slightly curved, soft, and squishy. The shaft is flexible and squishy about 4 1/2″ down its length before it becomes harder underneath in the area where the shaft bullet is placed.
The clitoral attachment is rabbit shaped, with 2 supersoft ears about 1” long. The entire rabbit is 3 1/2″ long and is flexible at the ears, head, and the point where it connects to the shaft, although the body is firm over the bullet.
The bottom of the rabbit is ball-shaped and made of velvety coated plastic. The buttons and LED power lights are located on the front of the ball below the rabbit. The shape of the base makes the Vr10 easy and comfortable to hold.
The charging station is made of smooth magenta plastic and resembles half of a partially open tulip. The Vr10 rests inside and can be balanced against the back petal. The slimline adapter plugs into the back of the charging base.
Since the Vr10 features a locking mode, it is safe to travel with. The provided storage bag is large enough to hold everything that you need for the Vr10 while away from home.
The Vr10 arrives charged but in its locked mode. It can be unlocked by holding down both buttons together. The red LED lights will light up one by one until they are all lit, indicating that the Vr10 is ready to use, and will go out when the buttons are released. To lock the Vr10 for travel, press both buttons again until all of the LED lights glow. This locking feature makes the Vr10 safe for traveling, as it won’t turn on accidentally in your suitcase or bag.
The rotating shaft is controlled by the top button, or button 1. Seven LED lights on the right side of the buttons light up as the intensity of the rotation increases. To increase the intensity, hold the button down until the desired speed of rotation is achieved. The rotations are clockwise, and the entire top 4 1/2″ of the shaft rotates although the head spins more than lower down the shaft.
The vibrations of the Vr10 are produced by PowerBullets, branded bullets/motors that have high, strong vibrations. The motors are located in the body of the clitoral rabbit and in the lower section of the main shaft below the three front ridges. Both motors are controlled by the bottom button, or button 2. Pressing this button once starts the motors on low. To change to a higher setting, simply press and hold button 2. The LED lights on the left side of the buttons light up as the intensity increases. There are 7 lights in total on both sides, and 6 discernible vibration levels.
The vibrations can be felt in the shaft up to the tip of the vibrator, and the vibrations from the clitoral piece can be felt throughout the attachment. They are quite strong and fairly throbby. While the rabbit’s body will produce more intense stimulation on the clit, the rabbit’s ears and head transmit the vibrations well enough to provide pleasure.
The rotation or the motors can be turned off regardless of the level by pressing (and not holding) the appropriate button. To lessen the speed or the strength, tap the corresponding button to turn that feature entirely off, and then press and hold it until the rotations or vibrations are at the desired speed or intensity.
The Vr10 is not the quietest vibrator (although it isn’t terribly loud), and when inserted will be heard from under the covers. It won’t be heard from behind a closed door or if any background sound or music is on at a reasonable level, however.
This vibrator is waterproof and works well in the bath. It’s a great toy for solo play during a relaxing (or stimulating) solo soak.
The Vr10 contains a lithium-ion battery which takes 4 hours to fully charge. When charging, the Vr10 rests in the charging station and the red LED lights on each side of the buttons light up one by one from bottom to top. When fully charged, the LED lights will go out and the Vr10 will be ready for use.
Since the Vr10 is silicone and waterproof, it’s easy to clean with mild soap and water or a toy cleaner and should be cleaned both before and after use. It should be thoroughly dried before storing or recharging. Since the Vr10 is silicone, only water-based lubricants should be used.
The Vr10 comes packaged in a large white box with the product name on the top and sides. The bottom of the box features a picture of the Vr10 and some product information.
Inside the box is the Vr10, charging station, adapter, product information sheet, and a small operating booklet with instructions for using the entire line of Vanity toys. Also in the box is information on the 1 year warranty and the optional 10 year warranty. The Vr10, as well as the other Vanity line vibrators, can be registered on the Jopen website. The box also includes a large black storage bag with Jopen printed on the front in white. The bag is unpadded and large enough to hold everything that comes in the box.
I really love rechargeable toys and I’ve also been on a rabbit hunt, so the Vr10 really fit the bill. I love that I can plug this in and it’s ready to go in a fairly short amount of time. It easily lasted through a long session without any noticeable drop in power. I like that the Vr10 uses a charging station, and it’s easy to drop it in the dock and let it charge without having to mess with plugging an adapter right into the toy or spending time trying to align the base just right to get the charging started. This vibrator also keeps a charge well on standby.
The shape and design of this vibrator are wonderful. Although this is a larger toy with its 1 3/4″ diameter, it’s easy and comfortable to insert with a bit of lube due to its ergonomic shape. It also fit my body well, which can sometimes be a difficulty with rabbits.
I liked the shaft rotation quite a bit. Most of the shaft rotates and it feels nice inside, particularly on its fast rotation. On high the tip really moves around well for stimulation.
The vibrations, while they aren’t the strongest I’ve ever felt, are some of the strongest of the rabbit vibrators that I have tried, especially in the clitoral piece. I liked how I could also feel them up the shaft and they were strong through even the tip. While I typically never want to go down, I found it interesting that both the rotation and vibration had to be shut off before going to a lower level. It’s easy enough to do, however, and as long as you remember that the top button is rotation and the bottom button is vibration you can easily change to the level you want with minimal disruption.
One other thing I love is a waterproof toy, and the Vr10 performed wonderfully in the tub. Since it sits on its charging base, there aren’t any openings or plugs to worry about water entering, which makes the Vr10 ideal for those relaxing baths when I want to get away and shut out the world.
