Doc Johnson has created a vibrator that is very basic. There are none of the added textures or fancy extras for additional stimulation on this one. It is just a bullet shaped design that is straight and smooth. Although it is advertised as being seven inches long, it is really more like six. The other inch is the piece that opens to replace the batteries and controls the speed. That part is definitely not comfortable on delicate areas.
