1. Tom Brady 4 Game Suspension Back On
Seems like the US 2nd Court of Appeal didn’t agree with Judge Berman’s ruling that the Commissioner didn’t have a right to suspend Tom Brady for deflating his balls. They reinstated Brady’s appeal and told the NFLPA to have several seats regarding their claims that Commissioner Goddell over stepped is boundaries when disciplining Brady. Is this the end of Deflategate? Probably. Unless Big Balls Brady wants to take it to the Supreme Court. Good thing he restructured his contract or his pockets would be significantly lighter.
2. Tamir Rice Lawsuit Settled for 6 Million Dollars
The city of Cleveland has settled a federal lawsuit for 6 million dollars brought by the family of Tamir Rice after he was killed last year by incompetent Cleveland police offers while playing with a toy gun. They admit no wrong doing of course. It was cheaper not to kill him.
3. Twin Peaks Cast List Revealed
This isn’t a sports site, but I am an Eagles fan, so..whiny little QB Bitch, Sam Bradford, who has never won a thing in his life and keeps stealing money from teams to do nothing, but rehab injuries wants to be traded to another team. 5. Purple Playing in AMC Theatres for the Rest of the Week
